How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free within Australia. Under $50, standard shipping is a flat fee shown at checkout, and express is also available.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and location, and the estimate is shown at checkout. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Some products ship from different partner warehouses. Each parcel has its own tracking.
How does Buy 2, Save 15% work?
Add any two or more items to your cart and 15% comes off automatically at checkout. No code needed.
Can I use a discount code as well?
Only one product discount applies per order. Checkout will apply the best one available to you.
Can I return something?
Yes. Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for change of mind. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Do you ship overseas?
We ship to selected countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and any import duties are the customer's responsibility.
